| Apricot Anise Collins Glass: Collins
· 1 1/2 part London dry Gin · 1/2 part Apricot Liqueur · 1 1/2 tablespoon Anisetta Stillata · 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
| Preparation
Shake with ice and strain into the glass over ice. Fill the glass with carbonated water and stir slightly.
Finish
