| Calm Voyage Glass: Champagne
· 1/2 part Rum
· 1/2 part Strega
· 3 tablespoons Passion Fruit Syrup
· 6 tablespoons Lemon Juice
· 1/2 Eggwhite
| Preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender and with a half cup of crushed ice blend at low speed.
