| Peach Blow Glass: Highball

· 2 parts London dry Gin
· 1/2 part Lemon Juice
· 1 part Soda
· 1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
· 1 κ Creme fraiche
· 2 slices Strawberry
· 4 Mushed Strawberries |
Preparation
Shake the ingredients with ice in the shaker and let the mixture drain in highball glass. Fill the rest of the glass with soda.
Finish
Decorate with slices of strawberries. |
